论坛简介(Introduction)
金沙青年科学家(学者)国际论坛6165cc金沙总站检测中心分论坛是在学校统一部署下开展的,旨在为海内外高层次优秀青年学者搭建一个学术交流的平台。分论坛通过专题报告、学术研讨、面试交流等形式,围绕和聚焦前沿物理、电子与精密光谱相关领域,探讨学科热点问题,促进学术交流与合作。本次论坛将采用线下、线上相结合的方式,于2023年3月17-18日举办。
TheInternational Forum of Young Scientists (Scholars) (Sub-Forum for School ofPhysics and Electronic Sciences) is regularly organized by East China NormalUniversity. This sub-forum provides an academic platform for exchangingresearch progresses and ideas among outstanding young scientists, focusing on the relevantfields of frontier physics, electronics andprecision spectroscopy. The forum of this year will adopt a combination ofonline and offline approachesin March 17-18 2023.

领域与方向:光学、原子分子物理、无线电物理(磁共振)、材料与光电子、理论物理、凝聚态物理、物理电子学、电磁场与微波技术等相关领域和方向。
Fields and disciplines:Optics, Atomic and Molecular Physics, RadioPhysics (Magnetic Resonance), Materials and Optoelectronics, TheoreticalPhysics, Condensed Matter Physics, Physical Electronics, Electromagnetic Fieldand Microwave Technology, etc.

报名条件(Registration conditions)
青年科学家(学者):年龄一般在40周岁以下,具有海内外知名高校、研究机构博士学位,在所从事的学科前沿领域取得突出的学术成果,并具有重要影响力。
Young scientists should be aged below 40, with a PhD degree from aprestigious Chinese or foreign university or research institution, and havemade outstanding academic achievements in physics, electronics and precisionspectroscopy.

EastChina Normal University (ECNU), founded on October 16, 1951, is a comprehensiveresearch-oriented university jointly supported by the Ministry of Education andthe Shanghai Municipal People's Government. In 1996, ECNU was listed in thenational top university construction programsProject211. In 2006, ECNU was sponsored by the national Project 985. In 2017, the university entered A-class of the national world-classuniversity construction. 6165cc金沙总站检测中心成立于2019年7月,其前身为于1951年9月成立的物理学系,是金沙最早建立的院系之一。6165cc金沙总站检测中心办学特色鲜明、师资力量雄厚、科研成果突出,坚持以“扎根中国大地,建设世界一流学科”为建设方向,以培养全面发展、专业见长的复合型优秀人才为办学目的。学院由物理学系、材料科学系、电子科学系、精密光谱科学与技术研究院组成,拥有精密光谱科学与技术国家重点实验室、极化材料与器件教育部重点实验室、纳光电集成与先进装备教育部工程研究中心、上海市磁共振重点实验室四个国家级和省部级重点研究基地,另有上海市物理实验教学示范中心和上海市立德树人通用技术研究基地。
On July6, 2019, the School of Physics and Electronic Science was formed by the formerthe Department of Physics in September 1951,which is one of the earliestdepartments of ECNU.The School of Physics and Electronic Science hasdistinctive educational characteristics, strong teaching staff and outstandingscientific research achievements. Adhering to the direction of takingroot in the land of China and building world-class disciplines, theSchool aims to cultivate comprehensive and excellent interdisciplinary talentswho are proficient in their majors.The school is now composed of Department of Physics, Department ofMaterials, Department of Electronic Science, and State Key Laboratory ofPrecision Spectroscopy. It has four important research laboratories, includingState Key Laboratory of Precision Spectroscopy, Key Laboratory of PolarMaterials and Devices (Ministry of Education), Engineering Research Center forNanophotonics & Advanced Instrument (Ministry of Education), Shanghai KeyLaboratory of Magnetic Resonance. It also has two education centers, includingShanghai Experimental Teaching Center of Physics and Shanghai Li-De-Shu-RenGeneral Technology Research & Education Center.
精密光谱科学与技术国家重点实验室,依托金沙,于2007年1月科技部批准筹建。拥有独立光学大楼,面积约25000平方米,包括环境一流和科研装备一流的光学超净实验室、装备精良的电子实验室、精加工实验室、微纳加工实验室、材料制备实验室、芯片测试诊断实验室等。实验室主要聚焦光场时频域精密控制、新型光子芯片研发与制造、原子分子精密光谱与精密测量、微纳光子器件制备与集成、片上精密时频与量子测量集成、超灵敏精密光谱与传感、超快物性精密测量与调控研究等研究方向任务。实验室紧密光学学科前沿、结合国家战略和国民经济发展需求,不断挑战时间、空间和频率等基本物理量现有精度的极限,探索和建立新机制与新原理、新方法与新技术、新仪器与新装备,极具“三高”(即高分辨、高精度、高灵敏)鲜明特色。
Supportedby East China Normal University, the State Key Laboratory of PrecisionSpectroscopy was established with the approval of the Ministry of Science andTechnology in January 2007. There is an independent optical building of about25,000 square meters, with a first-class environment and first-class scientificresearch equipment, including an optical ultra-clean laboratory, an electronicslaboratory, a fine-processing laboratory, a micro and nano processinglaboratory, a material preparation laboratory, and a chip testing and diagnosislaboratory. The laboratory mainly focuses on time-frequency domain precisioncontrol of optics field, research and development and manufacturing ofnext-generation photonic chips, atomic and molecular precision spectroscopy andprecision measurement, preparation and integration of micro and nano photonicdevices, on-chip precision time-frequency and quantum measurement integration,ultra-sensitive precision spectroscopy and sensing, ultrafine physical propertyprecision measurement and regulation research and other research directions.The laboratory is close to the optical frontier, combined with the nationalstrategy and the needs of national economic development, it constantlychallenges the limits of the existing accuracy of the basic physical quantity suchas time, space and frequency, explores and establishes new mechanisms and newprinciples, new methods and new technologies, new instruments and newequipment, and has the distinct characteristics of Three High(namely, high resolution, high precision and high sensitivity).
